The Security Media Cell said today, Wednesday, that the Counter-Terrorism Service had captured four terrorists and destroyed multiple hideouts across various locations.
"They were able to arrest (4) suspects in Sulaymaniyah province as part of the ongoing coordination between the Directorate of Operations of the Asayish Kurdistan Region and the Counter-Terrorism Service," according to a statement from the Cell that the Iraqi News Agency (INA) obtained.
"(5) hideouts and a number of homemade explosive devices were detonated, in addition to a booby-trapped boat in the provinces of Salah al-Din and Diyala," the statement noted in a related context.
