MOI dismantles a drug trafficking network in Baghdad

The Ministry of Interior (MOI ) announced on Wednesday dismantling a drug trafficking network in possession of 1 kg of crystal in Baghdad.

A statement from the ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said that" A network for drug trafficking, consisting of 10 accused, was dismantled and its elements were arrested in Baghdad "indicating that"1 kilogram of crystal material was seized in their possession".

"Security forces also managed to arrest a drug trafficker red-handed and in possession of (1) kilogram of narcotic crystal substance in Maysan province" the statement added.
