BAGHDAD-INA
Baghdad Operations Command denied Sunday that the homes of civilians in the Tarmiyah district had been subjected to a terrorist attack.
Operations Commander Lieutenant-General Ahmed Salim told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "What happened in Tarmiyah district is the martyrdom of a civilian inside one of the orchards in the district," noting that "it did not even know that his martyrdom was a criminal or terrorist act."
He added, "There is no attack by ISIS terrorist gangs on civilian homes in the district."
