Liverpool easily qualified for the fourth round of the FA Cup, after their deserved 4-0 victory over Accrington Stanley, in the match that brought them together today, Saturday, in the third round of the tournament.

Liverpool ended the first half with a two-goal lead, scored by Diogo Jota and Trent Alexander-Arnold, in the 29th and final minutes of the first half.

In the second half, Liverpool added two more goals through Jayden Dance and Federico Chiesa in the 76th and final minutes of the match.
Arne Slot rested many of the team's main players, most notably the Egyptian Mohamed Salah, team captain Virgil van Dijk, Alexis Mac Allister and Luis Diaz.
