MOC announces completion of two projects on the borders with Syria and Iran

The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities announced today, Saturday, the completion of two projects on the borders with Syria and Iran for the benefit of the Ministry of Interior.

A statement by the ministry - received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) - stated that "the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities has completed two projects to build a concrete wall (T Wall) with a barbed wire on the Iraqi-Syrian border, and a project to equip, construct and install a fence (BRC) also with a barbed wire on the Iraqi-Iranian border strip."

The Director General of Al-Faw General Engineering Company, which implemented the two projects, Imad Al-Mirza, stated - according to the statement - that "the two projects were completed for the benefit of the Ministry of Interior / Border Police Command, and within the specified timeframes, in accordance with the required technical specifications."
