The Joint Operations Command confirmed today, Sunday, that there are no orders to withdraw the security forces from the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad, while clarifying the latest developments in the field situation.

The spokesman for the Operations Command, Major General Tahsin al-Khafaji, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Baghdad Operations Command decided that there will be a distribution of security units and a collection of important and sufficient intelligence information about the presence of terrorists in the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad," noting that "there is no Any order to withdraw the security forces from the judiciary.".

He added, "The fight against terrorism continues to pursue and chase terrorists," noting that "the security forces from the army, the police, and the Popular Mobilization are still practicing their security work with professionalism."
    He pointed out that.
The Joint Operations Command had earlier mourned four fighters from the Popular Mobilization after their martyrdom in the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad.

Yesterday, the Popular Mobilization Authority issued a statement after the martyrdom and wounding of a number of fighters in the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad, after repelling ISIS terrorist gangs.
The commission stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "again, the blood of the heroic Popular Mobilization Mujahideen is bleeding in another confrontation against the criminal organization of ISIS in the Tarmiyah district, north of Baghdad, where its cells are taking shelters and hideouts not far from the vigilant eyes for the sake of the security of the capital and the nearby provinces.".

In addition to that, "The terrorist operation comes at a time when the security mobilization operations to purge the districts are entering their second week, which is unquestionable evidence that terrorism is still active and moving on the outskirts of the capital and in the most dangerous area separating Baghdad, Salah al-Din and Anbar."
