Presidential Statement: President confirms through his meeting with Trump the importance of pacifying regional statuses

On Tuesday,the president Barham Saleh ‎hold a meeting with his American counterpart Donald Trump in New Yurok. Saleh confirmed on "the importance of positive transform in Iraq with different sectors, the necessity of supporting its stabilization, completing the victory against terrorism by reconstruction and building".

Salehmentioned that, according to a statement which INA received a copy of, "the importance of pacifying regional statues, avoiding escalating in order to stabilize and secure consolidation in the region".

On his side, Trump confirmed his interest with the developments in Iraq, expressing his appreciate of positive transform, renewing his country support to Iraq in keeping its secure and sovereignty and reconstructed its cities. Also, the meeting discussed both regional and international developments, issues of common interest, ways of combating terrorism and promoting the bilateral relations between both countries.

The meeting was attended by many Iraqi high rang official.
