Five members of ISIS terrorist gangs were arrested, according to a Tuesday announcement from the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency (FIIA).
"The FIIA counterterrorism detachments in Diyala province, working with the Falcons Intelligence Cell, arrested five terrorists who were members of the terrorist ISIS gangs," the Agency said in a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The statement stated that "the terrorists were referred to the competent judicial authorities to receive their just punishment after confessing - upon interrogation - to receiving sums of money in exchange for their affiliation."
