    The Syrian Ministry of Defense reported on Monday that the Zionist enemy targeted several civilian sites south of Damascus, Syria.


    The Syrian News Agency quoted a military source in the Ministry of Defense as saying that "the Zionist enemy launched an air aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting several civilian sites south of Damascus. The aggression led to some material losses."


    Earlier, the Agency reported that "an explosion was heard in the vicinity of the capital Damascus, the nature of which is being verified."


    "The initial information indicates a Zionist aggression that targeted the vicinity of Sayyida Zeinab south of Damascus," added the Agency.
