15th Kazan Forum kicks off

The fifteenth edition of the Russia-Islamic World Economic Forum: Kazan Forum 2024 got underway today, Wednesday.
"Today we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the forum and over the years we have achieved an important means in developing our relations," stated Tatarstan's Prime Minister, Aleksei Pesoshin, during the ceremony.
He went on, "Today, mutual respect, trust, and the desire for shared prosperity are receiving special attention."
"Our trade relations have been growing steadily, and the Islamic world has always been and continues to be one of Russia's most important economic partners," he stated.
