The minister went on to emphasize "the continuation of foot patrols in all regions, the support of the work of the Anti-Narcotics Directorate, as well as the conduct of a wide media campaign for the purpose of implementing the project to restrict weapons to the state and signaling of the danger of acquiring unlicensed weapons and legal processes against violators."

In a different direction, interior minister underlined "the reinforcement of police efforts in combating cases of begging, and the police squad must take the necessary legal measures against beggars."
