SMC : The arrest of two suspects carrying a large amount of narcotic substances

Security Media Cell SMC announced on Thursday the arrest of two suspects carrying a large amount of narcotic substances in Baghdad.

"With a qualitative operation and a distinguished intelligence effort, the joint detachments of Baghdad Operations Command arrested two suspects in Kamaliya area who were carrying in their car a large amount of narcotic substances", SMC spokesman Brigadier General Mekdad Miri said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA ).

"After confirming the crime, the defendants were referred to the competent judicial authorities to receive their just punishment ",he added.
