Rashid offers condolences on the death of architect Hisham Al-Madfai

President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid offered condolences on Wednesday on the death of the great Baghdad architect Hisham Al-Madfai.

Rashid stated in a tweet on the (X) platform - followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) - that "the great Baghdad architect Hisham Al-Madfai left us for the house of truth after a career full of creativity, leaving behind a legacy full of achievements, and devoting his life to the development and prosperity of the country."

The President of the Republic concluded, "My deepest condolences and sympathy to his family, friends and loved ones, and mercy for his pure soul, and to God we belong and to Him we shall return."
