2 terrorists detained in Kirkuk

    The Popular Mobilization Forces PMF declared on Monday that two terrorists had been detained in Kirkuk. "A force from the 61st Brigade PMF was able to capture two ISIS terrorists in the Hawija district of Kirkuk province," according to a statement from PMF that the Iraqi News Agency (INA) obtained.  
     
    "This came about after receiving intelligence information, which allowed the force to arrest those wanted legally in line with Article 4/terrorism, and they were handed over to the requesting authorities," the statement read.
