The security media cell announced Wednesday that a vehicle containing explosive materials was found in Salah al-Din, indicating that this operation came within the early hours of the launch of the second stage of Solid Will Operation to eliminate terrorist elements.
 
"Security forces in Salaheddine operations command found a Vehicle containing explosive materials, during the early hours of the launch of the second stage of Solid Will Operation," said a statement from the Security Media Cell, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA). "

"This operation was carried out according to accurate intelligence and, according to this information, terrorist elements intended to use these seized substances in their terrorist operations," the statement said.
