Al-Kadhimi announces arresting Daesh money supervisor outside the country

Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi announced on Monday the arrest of Daesh money supervisor outside the country.
 
"While our security forces were vigilant to protect the elections, their supporting arm in the intelligence service was carrying out one of the most difficult intelligence operations outside the borders, to arrest Sami Jassim, the money supervisor of ISIS," al-Kadhimi said in a tweet, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
He added that the detainee was "deputy of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi".
