Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi today, Thursday, announced that he will supervise electoral security, while recommending a special amnesty for teenagers and women, with the exception of terrorism cases, corruption and the exploitation of public money.
Al-Kadhimi said in his speech during the cabinet session and followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Sistani's position in support of participating in the elections represents a great motivation for the success of the electoral process," expressing "gratitude for the historic role played by Said Ali Sistani in protecting the country.
