The Governor of Erbil, Omed Khoshnaw, confirmed on Wednesday that no violations have been recorded regarding the census within the governorate's borders.
During a press conference attended by an INA reporter, Khoshnaw stated, "The census process started on the 16th of this month and continues smoothly to date."
"The process is proceeding well, and there are no problems so far," he remarked, expressing gratitude to the Ministry of Planning and the Statistics Authority for training the staff and ensuring the success of the process.
"The province has not recorded any violations," he emphasized, highlighting that everyone is cooperating with the census teams and adhering to the issued instructions.
He also praised the citizens of Erbil for their commitment to the instructions and the media organizations for their professional coverage of the census process.
