Iraq calls on Iran for implementing agreements related to borders, gorging Shatt al-Arab

The Iraqi Foreign Ministry called the Islamic republic of Iran on Sunday, begin implementing agreements of the borders and the Shatt al-Arab gorging.
 
"Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein is meeting with his Iranian counterpart Hussein Amir Abdullahian on the sidelines of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly in New York," Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed al-Sahaf said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"The foreign minister called on his Iranian counterpart to start the operational steps of the agreements on land and sea borders and to gorge the course of the Shatt al-Arab," he said.
