Salih stresses uprooting the hateful terrorism

President of the Republic, Barham Salih, stressed that the bombing of al-Sadr City is a heinous crime and cruelty, while stressing uprooting of hateful terrorism.

“In a heinous crime and cruelty, they target our civilians in al-Sadr City on the eve of Eid, they do not accept the people to be happy for even a moment with security and joy,” Salih stated in a tweet followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

He added, "We will not be calm unless we uproot the hateful and cowardly terrorism, and it is certain that the will of the Iraqis is beyond the criminality and humiliation,”
