Baghdad Operations Command reported that an attempt to target Baghdad International Airport was thwarted. Ahmed Salim Bahjat Major General Baghdad Operations Commander, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that through the Sixth Brigade, Second Division, Federal Police, an operation targeting Baghdad International Airport with 10 Grad-type missiles was thwarted.
