Al-Halbousi condemns attack on Turkish staff in Erbil

     Parliament speaker Mohamed al-Halbousi on Wednesday condemned the terrorist attack on the Turkish consulate in the province of Erbil in Kurdistan region, which killed the deputy consul and one of his Iraqi companions in a restaurant in Erbil city.

    The speaker added that this attack is a target for the security of Iraq and sovereignty and the stability of Kurdistan region cities, calling the security authorities in the region and the federal government to pursuing the perpetrators and arrest to punish them.
