Education makes an important decision about Iraqi abroad students

The Higher Education and Scientific Research Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research approved Saturday the opening of study files for Iraqi students studying abroad.

The ministry said in a statement received, the opinion body adopted at the conclusion of the meeting an important decision and read as follows:

It is allowed to open study files for Iraqi students studying outside Iraq and obtaining a rate of (75%) in the preparatory school, instead of (80%) for the branch of biology, and the rate of (80%) instead of (85%) of the applied branch.

It was approved to open the file for students studying outside Iraq within the medical group in the first (500) university in the Shanghai global classification, regardless of the average for the preparatory school.
