PM Muhammed S. Al-Sudani offered his congratulations on the advent of the month of Ramadan on Saturday, stressing the continuation of work to achieve the government program.
"We extend our heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the esteemed people of Iraq and all Islamic nations on the arrival of the holy month of Ramadan, a time of mercy, goodness, and blessings," stated the PM's Media Office in a statement - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
The statement added, "We pray to Allah to maintain the blessings of security and peace in the region and across the world."
"Inspired by the spirit of this sacred month, we reaffirm our commitment to advancing our mission of implementing the government’s program, with its core objectives and priorities, and to uniting our efforts in service of our beloved nation," included the statement.
