Speaker of the House of Representatives Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani confirmed today, Sunday, that the role of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs after a century of its life is growing with the current challenges facing Iraq.
Al-Mashhadani stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the role of the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs after a century of its life is growing with the current challenges facing Iraq in light of regional and international transformations."
He added, "Iraqi diplomacy is not only a reflection of positions, but it is a tool for influencing and making international decisions."
