Al-Sudani Tours Baghdad and Engages with Citizens

Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani conducted a tour today, across different areas of Baghdad, on both the Karkh and Rusafa sides. The tour included monitoring the implementation of the curfew designated for conducting the General Census of Population and Housing in Iraq, as well as inspecting progress at several service project sites.
 
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): ,”The Prime Minister visited various neighborhoods, streets, markets, and commercial establishments in the capital, engaging directly with citizens and listening to their primary needs and demands related to services and living conditions.”
 
The statement added ,”During the tour, Prime Minister Al-Sudani visited several service project sites and ongoing infrastructure works in different areas of Baghdad.” 
 
He emphasized the need to complete these projects on schedule while adhering to engineering and technical standards, ensuring sustainable development for the capital and its residents in line with planned progress.
