The coach of the Argentine national team, Javier Mascherano, said that he was happy with the victory achieved in today's match against Iraq, noting that the victory returned his team to the forefront of the competition.
Mascherano added in media statements seen by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the match was very difficult, especially in the first half after the Iraqi national team striker Ayman Hussein managed to score the equalizer," noting that "the Iraqi national team is a respectable, difficult and physically strong team, but our team improved in the second half and we succeeded in advancing by two goals to be able to return the team to the lead."
