Interior Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari discussed on Thursday with Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya many important files.
A statement by the Iraqi embassy in Ankara obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said that "Interior Minister Abdul Amir al-Shammari met with Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya."
The statement added, "The two sides discussed frameworks of joint cooperation in many important files, especially in combating crime in all its forms, exchanging information and experiences, and securing common borders."
