Al-Sudani Conducts Field Inspection of Ishtar Bridge Project in Hilla

Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency INA that Prime Minister Mohammed S. Al-Sudani conducted a field visit to the Ishtar Bridge project in central Hilla, the capital of Babil Province, this Thursday morning. The visit aimed to personally oversee the progress of the bridge that connects both banks of the Hilla River. The project is part of the efforts to alleviate traffic congestion in the province.

The statement read that during his visit, Prime Minister Al-Sudani reviewed the major obstacles affecting the project's completion and ordered providing the suitable solutions. He encouraged the project team to exert their utmost efforts to complete the bridge within the scheduled timeframe, emphasizing the significance of enhancing the local infrastructure to improve daily life and transportation efficiency in the province.
