National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji stressed today, Sunday, the importance of implementing the Commander-in-Chief’s directives to adhere to intelligence work fields.
The Media Office of the National Security Advisor stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “The National Intelligence Council held its seventh session for the year 2024, headed by the National Security Advisor Qasim Al-Araji, and in the presence of leaders of the National Intelligence Community.”
He added, "The Council discussed the topics on the agenda, and took the necessary decisions and recommendations regarding them," pointing out that "Council members presented a brief on the future work plan, in addition to discussing the joint security files between the center and the region, in order to achieve integration and coordination in the security and intelligence aspect."
Al-Araji stressed according to the statement “the importance of implement the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Related to commitment to the areas of intelligence work and professionalism in performing security tasks.”
