Ministry employees to be exempt from disciplinary actions under directive of Interior Minister

Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, the Interior Minister, issued on Sunday, an order in which he cancelled disciplinary actions for all ministry employees.

"Interior Minister Abdul Amir Al-Shammari directed the cancellation of disciplinary actions for all Ministry employees," the ministry's media office stated in a statement obtained by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

"This occurred on the anniversary of the Iraqi police's founding," the statement read.
