The Foreign Ministry announced on Thursday the arrival of the two aircraft dedicated to the evacuation of the Iraqi community from Sudan in Port Sudan.
“The two aircrafts dedicated to evacuating the Iraqi community from Sudan have arrived in Port Sudan,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed al-Sahaf said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
Prime Minister Mohamed Shiaa al-Sudani directed, on Tuesday, to send two aircrafts to transport Iraqi citizens stranded in the Republic of Sudan, due to the fatal events there.
