The name of the English international Trent Alexander-Arnold, Liverpool's full-back, has been linked with a move to Real Madrid throughout the past period, in light of the desire of the Merengue officials to strengthen the right flank with a distinctive element.

According to the Spanish newspaper "Marca", Alexander-Arnold has informed the Reds officials of his desire to move to Real Madrid in the summer of 2025. This comes in light of Liverpool officials' attempts to convince the 26-year-old to sign a new contract that will keep him at Anfield for years.
