Oil continues to rise for the third day in a row

    Oil prices continued to rise, in trading today, Thursday, for the third consecutive day, and the rise today comes after data yesterday that showed a decline in US crude stocks.

    By 13:10 Baghdad time, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 0.17% to $95.05 a barrel.

    Brent crude futures rose 0.44% to $101.67 a barrel, according to Bloomberg website data.

    The Energy Information Administration data showed earlier that US commercial oil stocks (excluding the strategic reserve) fell 3.3 million barrels, or 0.8%, to 421.7 million barrels by the end of last week.
