The Presidency of the Republic of Iraq congratulated on Thursday the members of the Iraqi police, officers, ranks and employees, on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the establishment of the Iraqi police.

The Presidency said in a tweet on (X) platform, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "On the occasion of the 103^rd anniversary of Police Day, we send our warmest congratulations and blessings to our sons in the Ministry of Interior, officers, ranks and employees."

The Presidency added: "We recall the great sacrifices made by our forces in the fight against terrorism along with the rest of our security forces and the great tasks they carry out in protecting citizens and consolidating security and stability," wishing "everyone a new year full of more success and progress in the performance of national duty."
