Launching new operation to secure the coasts of Diyala River to North Muqdadiya villages, PMF says

The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced Thursday, launching new security operation to secure the coasts of Diyala River to North Muqdadiya villages.

PMF said in a statement, received By the Iraqi News Agency (INA)," A force from Diyala Call Brigade and the 24th Brigade at PMF, conducted an operation to  secure the coasts of Diyala River from the villages of Sherwin to the villages north of Muqdadiya. "
 
The statement added that "The joint force was able to secure dozens of kilometers in the first hours of the operation."
