Al-Zamili: The repeated bombing of BGD Airport is jeopardizes the sovereignty 

The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hakim Al-Zamili, confirmed today, Friday, that the repeated bombing of the airport is a terrorist act that affects sovereignty. 

Al-Zamili said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the targeting of Baghdad International Airport is a terrorist act, an unquestionable act of aggression that touches the core of Iraqi sovereignty, calling on the government to protect such facilities, because the repeated targeting of them will reflect to the world a negative image of the security reality of the country." . 

He added, "Civil airports are among the official sovereign places in all countries of the world, as they are an international diplomatic corridor, which must be secured in all circumstances and times," stressing that "the attack on the airport is a terrorist act that cannot be tolerated or condoned, and the government must exercise its duties." to prevent such violations of state sovereignty.
