Salih: We have national entitlements that cannot be tolerated

 The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, congratulated today, Monday, the Islamic New Year, while noting that Iraq has national entitlements that cannot be tolerated .

Salih said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "We extend to our Iraqi people and all Muslims our best congratulations and best blessings on the occasion of the advent of the new Hijri year, and we recall on this fragrant occasion immortal and well-established meanings of patience, sincerity, determination, sacrifice, dignity and struggle for the realization of truth and strengthening The spirit of synergy and compassion, closing ranks and consolidating cooperation to face challenges and crises.

He added, "The new Hijri year is upon us, and before us are national entitlements that cannot be tolerated, embodied in the establishment of a capable state that serves the citizens, harnesses the country's bounties for their sake and is in security with its people and its neighborhood, and based on this is the holding of the upcoming elections so that they are based on the free will of the Iraqis and their aspirations to A promising future befitting them, their patience, their struggle and their sacrifices, and it would be a breakthrough towards the desired reform, the fight against corruption, and good governance based on the rule of the people without values, guardianship or interference.
