Commander-in-Chief's spokesman delivers a statement on arrest of Al-Baghdadi's deputy

Spokesman for the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Major General Yahya Rasul, confirmed Monday that the arrest of Al-Baghdadi's deputy is a major blow to ISIS terrorist gangs.
 
"The arrest of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's deputy is important and qualitative and is a major blow to ISIS terrorist gangs," Rasul told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), adding that "the intelligence effort is great and is a victory added to the victories achieved in all cities."
 
"The security forces are continuing to pursue ISIS terrorist gangs in all places with great effort and hard work that great victories have been achieved in this regard," he said.
 
Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi announced Monday that the money supervisor for ISIS has been arrested outside the country
