The head of the National Security Service, Abdel-Ghani Al-Asadi, arrived in Salah El-Din Governorate to follow up securing plans of Arbaeen rituals and the electoral centers.
The media office of the head of the National Security Service said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Al-Asadi arrived in Salah al-Din Governorate to find out the latest security developments in it, and to follow up plans to provide the necessary protection for pilgrims and electoral centers, in addition to coordinating efforts between the security services and the local government."
