President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid affirmed on Friday support for any national effort aspiring to advance and build from state institutions.
Rashid said during his speech on the occasion of the celebration of Wasit province and followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "any national effort aspiring to advance and build will receive full support from state institutions, and the opportunity is available to all, stressing "the importance of activating agricultural industries and animal production that the people of Wasit can promote in a way that revives the agricultural and industrial fields."
"The people of the province have made a clear contribution to strengthening Iraq's security and consolidating societal stability on the basis of justice, freedom and good coexistence," he said.
He continued: "Wasit province played an important role in participating side by side with the people of Iraq in various provinces, cities and villages in the process of rebuilding the state on the foundations of democracy."
