SMC: Two Terrorists were captured in Nineveh and Anbar

The Security Media Cell announces, on Thursday, the capturing of two terrorists in Nineveh and Anbar provinces.

The Security Media Cell stated in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "The Military Intelligence Directorate at the Ministry of Defense arrested two wanted suspects in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of anti-terrorism law."

The statement added that "The arrest of the first suspect implemented by the intelligence of the first regiment in the 92^nd Infantry Brigade in Hemaydat district, the second suspect was arrested while he was trying to enter Fallujah district from a checkpoint within the sector of the third regiment, the 40th Infantry Brigade, after setting up a tight ambush for him by the fourth regiment in the same brigade, in coordination with the intelligence of the tenth division.
"The accused were handed over to the competent authorities to take all the legal measures against them”, the statement added.
