The thwarting of an attempt to target logistic convoy in Babil

A force from the Agency of Intelligence and Federal Investigation (AIFI) thwarted an attempt to target logistic convoy in Babil province.
 
The Security Media Cell stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Thursday, that through field follow-up and intensive intelligence efforts, AIFI in Babil province managed, during a search operation, to thwart an attempt to target logistic support convoy with an IED on the highway, confirming that it was dismantled without any significant losses."
