Zaidan congratulates Eje'i on his assumption as a head of the Iranian judiciary

    The head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faeq Zeidan, congratulated Mohseni Eje'i on his assumption of the position of head of the Iranian judiciary.

    And the Supreme Judicial Council stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, met with the head of the judiciary in the Iranian Republic, Mohseni Eje'i, and congratulated him on the occasion of his assumption of office, succeeding Ibrahim Raisi, who held the position of President of the Republic."

    The statement added, "This meeting came on the sidelines of the presence of the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, the swearing-in ceremony of the two principals in the Iranian Shura Council," noting that "the meeting was attended by members of the judicial delegation, who are Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud, President of the Federal Supreme Court, and Salem Muhammad Nuri, Chief Prosecutor.

     The general and judge, Muslim Mutaib Mudabb, head of the Judicial Supervision Authority, and Rahim Abdul Hassan, director general of the Department of Public Guards Affairs.
