MOH Spokesman announces conducting an investigation of the Medical City fire

The Ministry of Health announced on Monday, conducting an investigation into the fire incident in the Ministry's building.

The ministry's spokesman, Saif Al-Badr, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that a limited fire broke out in a number of departments of the headquarters of the Ministry of Health, noting that the building was immediately evacuated from all employees.

Al-Badr added, the civil defense teams extinguished the fire without recording injuries, pointing out that the concerned authorities started an investigation to find out the causes of the fire.
