The Civil Defense Directorate announced rescuing number of families and extinguished a fire that broke out inside a water station in al-Kadhimiya district of Baghdad.
The Directorate stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), on Friday, that Civil Defense teams rescued and evacuated a number of families of employees of the Al-Atifiya Water Station in al- Kadhimiya district , Abdul Mohsen Al-Kazemi Square in Baghdad.
The statement added that the Civil Defense teams provided first aid and pulmonary resuscitation for the injured, and putting out the fire without recording any human losses, affirming that The Directorate requested opening an investigation into the incident to determine the causes.
