Al-Kadhimi: judicial and security authorities exert great efforts to capture activists’ killers

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi confirmed on Saturday that the security and judicial authorities are exerting great efforts to capture activists’ killers.
The media office of the PM stated in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that Al-Kadhimi visited the family of the martyr Anas Malik, who died after being wounded during the demonstrations in Nasiriyah last year.
During the visit, Al-Kadhimi confirmed according to the statement that the security and judicial authorities continue its ongoing work to capture the killers of activists, as so far, they were able earlier to arrest the killers of the martyr journalist Ahmed Abdul Samad, death squads in Basra, and a number of killers of the demonstrators.
Al-Kadhimi indicated that Nasiriyah has suffered from marginalization for decades, and its people are still suffering due to the lack of services and wrong policies.
It’s to be mentioned, that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi arrived this morning in Dhi Qar province to inaugurate number of important service projects in the province.
