International recognition of Samir Al-Mousawi as president of the Iraqi Judo Federation

The International Judo Federation confirmed its recognition of Samir Sadiq Al-Mousawi as president of the Iraqi Central Judo Federation.
A statement by the Iraqi Olympic Committee received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) said, "The Olympic Committee received an official letter on the twenty-third of last February signed by the Secretary-General of the International Federation of the International Game of Jacques Luc Rog, in which he confirmed that his association recognized Mousawi as the legitimate president of the Iraqi federation until a conference will held a new election to the Union.”
