Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi confirmed, today, Thursday, the government's commitment to activate work for the construction of the Grand port of Faw
The spokesman for the Prime Minister, Ahmed Mulla Talal, said in a tweet to him on Twitter followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that “Al-Kadhimi conducted an air tour to see the stages of the breakwater completion of the large port of Al-Faw."
He added, "The Prime Minister affirmed the government's commitment to activate work to build the port, after reluctance to snooze, because of the great economic and commercial importance of this giant project that makes Basra one of the most important international maritime destinations."
