Issuing an arrest warrant against the head of the Shiite endowment office

A document issued by the Supreme Judicial Council revealed the Al-Karkh Investigation Court on a recruitment order against the head of the Shiite Endowmentaccording to the provisions of Article (329/1) penalties.

And a press release quoted the office of Representative Jamal Al-Muhammadawi received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "The Karkh Investigation Court issued a recruitment order against the head of the Shiite Endowment Court, in implementation of this court’s decision dated 11/12/2019 and based on the complaint submitted by the complainant the Iraqi parliament. About the head of the Shiite Endowment Diwan, who complained of refusing to answer questions received from the office of Representative Jamal Abdel-Zahra Al-Muhammadawi.
